3 Reasons Why Men Cheat While in a Relationship

Before I get too far involved in the 3 reasons why men cheat while in a relationship, I want to make it very clear that I do not condone nor do I support cheating by either party while in a relationship. It is a horrible thing for either one of you to endure. My main goal in this article is to give you reasons from a male point of view as to why men would cheat and also how to rebuild your relationship if this unthinkable deed ever makes its way into your relationship.

Reason #1. Lack of sex

This has got to be the top reason of all - time that would drive a man to cheat. When a couple first gets together sex plays a huge role in the basis of your relationship. Wrinkle your nose or roll your eyes girls but it does! After being together for a while it does tone down in most cases but how far down it goes is what determines the definition of lack of. If it goes from 2 to 3 times a week to once a month there is a problem somewhere.

Reason #2. Boredom with the relationship

A lot of times men just become bored in their current relationships. The biggest mistake any relationship can have is sliding into a rut or getting too comfortable with each other. You should always try to keep them interested and guessing as to not turn your relationship to blah. Once again, I don't condone any type of cheating by either party but you cannot bore each other.

Reason #3. General unhappiness with the relationship

More times than not after being with the same person for so long, you begin to nit-pick things that used to not bother you as much about your partner. Whether it be the kids, financial trouble or constant nagging that makes men unhappy, they feel that cheating will make them happy. But in the end it does not make either of you happy, it only creates drama and mistrust in your relationship and if you are not careful it can destroy your relationship altogether.

Most relationships can survive one or both parties cheating but believe me, it is not easy. You basically have to start over from scratch and learn to trust each other again.
