There are a variety of reasons due to which married men have an affair. These reasons lead to the separation of couples in the present age. Some of the prime reasons which can be attributed are lack of time, lack of commitment and devotion of time to children.

You may have a beautiful wife at home and you could be married for several years. But you still feel the urge or need to have an affair. There are thousands of men out there like you who experience the same feeling. A number of reasons can be specified as to why you tend to indulge in affairs although you are a married person.

One of the first reasons to have an affair lies in the fact that you tend to stay away from home due to busy work schedules. You may just be a very busy man and your wife stays at home. You may love her from the bottom of your heart but you do not have enough time to give her. As you are working in the office, there may be a group of pretty young ladies working with you. You may just fall for one of them and tend to forget the love for your wife. A relationship may develop and you may just want to spend time with her after office.

The second reason you may have an affair although you are a married person is the amount of time you tend to spend with your kids. You may just return late from office and have to indulge in the activity of teaching your son or daughter. You may want to give time to your wife but at that point of time the educational pursuits of your son or daughter acts as the priority.

The various symptoms of having an affair can also be attributed to the fact that your wife may want to come physically close to you. But you feel very exhausted after a hard day's work and do not feel like satisfying her. It results in a gradual breakup of the married relationship which may have been very prosperous at one point of time.

When you tend to have an affair as a married man, you also fight with your wife on petty issues. You may engage in frequent verbal duels which may get very nasty at times. This is also seen as one of the primary symptoms during this period of time.

Another reason which can be given for men to have an affair is that your wife provides you with less time. You could even be perturbed that your wife is going for late night parties even without informing you about them.
